If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange. All returns/exchanges must be in the original packaging and unused. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged. Beds and Lazy loungers cannot be returned. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number from Thayer & Ridge, no exceptions. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all wholesale orders. No Exception.
